Line-up

Bayern Munich has had a relatively bad season, but they are still considered one of Europe's top soccer teams. Barca is a tough team to beat, and even tougher when playing at home. But Bayern was able to pull off an incredible win by scoring two goals in the last 10 minutes of the game. The first goal came from Robben with just over five minutes left on the clock. The second came from Muller with less than two minutes on the clock, giving them a 2-0 lead and sealing their victory over Barca

Half Time

The home team got a big goal from Mario Gotze on a penalty kick and trailed by only one goal at halftime. The start of the second half did not go well for Bayern, as Lionel Messi found Luis Suarez with a beautiful pass to put Barcelona ahead 2-1. Moments later, Neymar received a ball after an attempted clearance from Jerome Boateng and scored to make it 3-1. In response, Bayern coach Pep Guardiola decided to change things up by bringing on Thomas Mueller for Bastian Schweinsteiger and moved Philipp Lahm into midfield.

Second Half

Bayern Munich has been a powerhouse for years, but this season they were given some competition from Barcelona. All of that changed when Lionel Messi made an incredible goal to tie up the game at 1-1. A few minutes later, however, Bayern's Thomas Muller scored to put them back on top and they never looked back. They continued to dominate throughout the second half and emerged victorious with a 3-1 victory over Barcelona.

Result

Bayern's defense was tight and they were able to control the game. They managed to score two goals in the first half, and had a total of seven shots on goal by halftime. Lewandowski scored two goals and played an amazing match. His goals came from excellent passes from his teammates. Other than that, he was active around the box, harassing defenders and passing them when possible. Overall, it was a very one-sided match with Bayern having more possession than their opponent for most of it.

Conclusion

Bayern Munich has been in a slump lately, but they pulled it together and played their best game to date. They were able to take advantage of Barca's mistakes and attacked them at every chance they got. Even though Barca had more possession and more shots on goal, they couldn't convert. This game proves that when it comes down to it, execution is everything.

Summary of Football tactics

Bayern Munich started off with a 4-2-3-1 formation, but switched to a 3-4-3 after 10 minutes, as they had lost possession of the ball. This change allowed them to have more possession and also prevented Barca from scoring. The two central defenders were Jerome Boateng and Javi Martinez, while Philipp Lahm and David Alaba played as wingbacks. With this change, Bayern was able to turn defense into offense and create an equal number of opportunities on goal. They also defended well against Barcelona's attacking players by making it difficult for them to get through by getting in front of them or tackling them before they could get too close to the goal.
